Century Tuna Grilled Cheese Sandwich:

Drain the tuna for the sandwich

Into a bowl with a sieve on top, drain the oil from the Century Tuna Flakes in Oil and place drained tuna into a bowl.

Assemble sandwich

Portion Century Tuna Flakes into six then top on slices of bread. Add two slices of melting cheese as well as the grated cheese on top. Spread a layer of mayonnaise onto one side of the top bread and place mayo-side down onto the sandwich, pressing lightly.

Butter bread

Brush butter onto both the outer sides of the bread, about 2 teaspoons per sandwich.

Grill

Toast in a sandwich press or in a hot pan until brown and crisp on both sides and cheese has melted.

In a medium-sized skillet. Add Century Tuna with Calamansi broth, carrots, and cabbage. Bring to a quick boil.

Toss in cooked noodles, Century Tuna Flakes, and seasonings into the pot. Mix everything together until well combined and heated through. Transfer cooked tuna pancit canton into a serving platter. Serve hot.
