A hot take on a classic sinigang!
In a large pot, place water, beef ribs, tomatoes, onions, and salt then bring to a boil. Simmer for about 10 – 15 minutes. Remove scum.
Mix in sampalok paste or sinigang mix, patis, and TABASCO® Habanero Pepper Sauce until well combined. Add more water to adjust the taste if necessary. Bring to a boil and simmer. Remove beef ribs and keep for other preparations or serve with the final dish.
Transfer soup to a serving hotpot over medium-low heat and add flat rice noodles. Add toppings: pork belly slices, radish, gabi, okra, tomatoes, sitaw, eggplants, and kangkong. Simmer until cooked. Serve hot!
