In a pot, combine 2 cups of water and sago. Cook the sago. Set aside.

Combine remaining water and sugar in a pan over medium heat, bring to a boil and reduce by half.

Puree half of the mangoes with sugar syrup in a food processor.

Add evaporated milk and cooked sago to the mango puree.

Top with the remaining half of the mangoes. Optional: add ice for a cold treat this summer!
