A white chocolate version of our favorite Champorado!

Place chopped white chocolate and milk on a microwave safe container. Heat for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir until completely dissolved.

Combine glutinous rice and water in a pot over medium heat and bring to a simmer.

Pour in the white chocolate. Stir often until mixture thickens.

Add sugar, mix, and set aside.

Combine water and dark chocolate in a microwave safe container. Heat for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir until completely dissolved.

Mix the chocolate into the condensed milk.

Drizzle chocolate condensada on top of the champorado then top with fried dilis.
