Bacon Fried Rice

In a pan over medium low heat, cook the eggs until they are light and fluffy. Set eggs aside.

In the same pan, fry bacon and cook until the fat renders and the bacon is cripsy.

Add the garlic and red onion then saute it for two minutes.

Stir in the rice, corn kernels, and green peas in the pan.

Pour in the liquid seasoning, chicken powder and egg then season with salt and pepper. Cook for another three minutes while stirring to incorporate everything.

Garnish with spring onion then serve.

In a pot, combine olive oil, chili flakes and garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant about three minutes.

Add the tomatoes and cook for another three minutes until the tomatoes are tender.
