In a pot, combine pancit canton and ground chicken then add the water. Boil for 5 mins until the noodles and ground chicken are cooked.

In the pot l, combine the pancit canton seasoning, peanut butter, and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper

Mix wellnoodles then transfer to a serving plate and top with bean sprouts, peanuts, onion leeks, sesame seeds and calamansi.

Saute the ground pork and garlic in a pot.

Add the cooked rice then add the soy sauce and oyster sauce

Pour the water and stir. Add the vinegar, bay leaf and black peppercorn. Cook for 10-12 mins or until the rice is cooked.

Season with salt and pepper then mix well. Transfer to a bowl then garnish with spring onion and fried garlic.

In a pan, saute the red onion and garlic cloves.

Add the sisig and cook for 2-3 mins. Pour the soy sauce and vinegar. Simmer for 1 mins

Stir in the rice and mix everything to incorporate. Set aside

Toast the tortilla. One toasted top with the sisig rice and scrambled egg. Roll the burrito the cut into half. Serve with calamansi and hot sauce
