A quick dessert recipe you can make on you next Harry Potter themed party!
Cream the butter and powdered sugar in a large bowl using a hand mixer.
Add the cocoa and milk. mix it until well combined. Then set it aside.
Simmer the whipping cream in a sauce pan.
Pour it into the dark chocolate and let it stand for 1 minute before mixing and set aside.
Knead the fondant until soft then drop the brown food coloring, kneed until the fondant turns color brown.
Shape the fondant like mandrake, use the food coloring to create a face, and top with dried tarragon leaves.
Cut the chocolate cupcake in half. Put the sliced chocolate in the bottom of the cup. Pipe the chocolate ganache and add the other sliced chocolate cupcake on top.
Pipe the chocolate buttercream and smoothen it with a spatula.
Sprinkle on top with crushed chocolate cookies and top with mandrake fondant.
