Black Rice Ice Cream

In a pot over medium heat combine the black rice, water, salt, and sugar. Mix and let it cook for 10-20 minutes. Once cooked, let it chill and set aside.

In a large chilled bowl combine whipping cream, condensed condescend milk, and activated charcoal powder. Whip it using a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold in the cooked black rice and let it chill overnight to set.
