Hotdog and Egg Fried Rice

Heat some oil in a cooking pan. Pour the eggs and cook. When done remove it from the pan and set aside.

Using the same pan add again a bit of cooking oil and saute the onions until translucent. Add the hotdogs and fry until cooked. Add in your ketchup and seasoning.

Add the day-old rice to the pan. Stir until the rice is evenly coated with the seasonings and everything is well coated. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
