While the majority of their catering services are based in Metro Manila, they have also had the pleasure of catering events in select areas of Laguna, Cavite, and Bulacan. When planning an off-premise catering event with Pancake House, a minimum order of Php 28,000.00 is required, which already includes VAT and service charges. To confirm your reservation, a signed Party Reservation Agreement and a 50% down payment are necessary. The remaining balance must be settled seven days before the event to ensure everything is in order.
The pricing for all offerings includes VAT and will be subject to a corresponding service charge for buffet setup. It’s important to note that prices are subject to change without prior notice, and if any adjustments occur, the new rates will apply to the final billing.
When it comes to payment, Pancake House offers convenient methods. You can pay via over-the-counter deposit to a designated bank account or through an online payment link. Once payment is made, you’ll need to email proof of payment—such as deposit slips or online transfer receipts—to a Pancake House representative. An official receipt will then be issued by the serving store for your records.
For the catering setup, Pancake House provides a complete buffet arrangement, including buffet tables, chinaware, flatware, and glassware. However, note that tables and chairs for guests are not included in the package. The standard service duration is three hours, but additional time can be arranged at a rate of Php 1,500 per hour, with any fraction of an hour considered a full hour.
Certain additional fees may apply depending on the event specifics. These could include charges for events held outside Metro Manila, venue-related fees, extra manpower, dual buffet setups, or services requested during graveyard shifts.
For events booked at least a month in advance, a 50% deposit is required upon signing the contract. Should you need to make changes or cancellations, you can do so up to seven days before the event. However, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within seven days leading to the event, while cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or on the day itself will incur a full 100% cancellation charge.
Finally, while Pancake House strives to maintain the quality of its menu, should certain ingredients become unavailable, they reserve the right to make adjustments with 24-hour notice, ensuring no compromise on the overall dining experience.
