In a pot, place the chicken breast and water. Boil for 15 minutes then simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove the chicken breast from the pot then shred the meat. Discard the bones then strain the stock and set aside.
In the same pot, saute the garlic, red onion, and celery until fragrant.
Add the carrots and shredded chicken then cook for 3 minutes.
Pour back the chicken stock and add the hotdogs and macaroni. Cook until the macaroni is tender. Add more water or chicken stock if, needed.
Add the cabbage and Maggi Chicken Cube and cook for 3 minutes.
Pour the Carnation Everyday Creamer and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with spring onions before serving.
