In a large bowl combine cake flour, glutinous flour, baking powder, and granulated sugar. Set aside.

In another bowl smash the tofu. Transfer it to the dry ingredients and mix until it forms into a dough. Add water if needed.

Shape the dough into small balls, about 6g each or the size of marbles. Place the dough balls into the parchment paper. Forming like a donut.

Preheat the cooking oil in a pot to medium heat. Fry the donut until it is light golden brown then set aside.
