For more than 20 years, loyal customers and foodies needed to drive all the way to Tagaytay just to experience Antonio’s. During that time, the Tagaytay-based, ultra-fine-dining restaurant has garnered much acclaim—from being included in international lists of best restaurants to hosting milestones for diners looking for that unforgettable, upscale dining experience.

In late December of last year, Antonio’s added a milestone as they opened their first restaurant in the city at PGA Cars in Mandaluyong. It’s been a long while coming with waves of exciting news coming from the brand: first with the launch of Pedro The Grocer, the brick and mortar shop carrying the restaurant’s take home products, which started to operate last August plus the teaser of their breakfast place also opening in Manila specifically in Robinson’s Magnolia.

Antonio’s at PGA Cars promises the same outstanding service and flair as their OG counterpart. From previously basking at the manicured garden views to now dining next to luxury cars, Antonio’s new location comes with chic lounge bar and bistro. The mezzanine menu includes starters like Dry-aged Steak Tartare (Php 960), Roasted Veal Bone Marrow (Php 890), and Pickled Ox Tongue (Php 450). For entrees, some fine choices are: Salt-Crusted Garoupa (Php 2,250), 15-day Dry-aged English Dingley Dell Pork Striploin (Php 2,300), and USDA Beef Wellington (Php 5,888). Of course, it wouldn’t be Antonio’s with out their oysters (fresh, baked, or gratinated with foie gras) and famous dry-aged steaks available by the grams with 2 side dishes of your choice.
If you find yourself chilling at the restaurant’s bar just to admire the luxury cars by a distance, then indulge in their impressive offerings, desserts, and libations as well.
With one of the country’s best restaurants opening a new branch, and one that’s in the middle of the city, expect a full house when dining in. So, if you want to have the full exeperience of Antonio’s here in the metro, better call and make your reservations soon.
