An Independence Day Celebration in the Mountains
On June 12, Chef Ed Bugia will do a special 4-course dinner at Gypsy Restaurant in Baguio. Expect a night of world-class music incredible dishes inspired by the flavors of Baguio, poetry by Pablo Tariman, and art by Aaron Aguila. Guests can choose between a 6 pm or 8 pm seating. This special Independence Day dinner is at 1500 per head.

A Homage to Local Flavors
As a special treat for Independence Day, Dusit Thani Manila invited three talented chefs to curate the flavors of the Philippines. Chef Hernan Christian De Jesus, Chef Gil George Jucaban, and Chef Datu Shariff Pendatun together with the award-winning chefs of Dusit Thani will feature select specialties from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The Lasa, Filipino Food Festival will be a week-long offering at The Pantry from June 10-19. Coinciding with this gastronomic celebration is an art exhibit courtesy of Kartini Gallery, which will feature the works of local artists. This special buffet can be availed at PHP 2,500++ per person during weekends and a special a la carte menu during weekdays.
