There’s no stopping Chef Myke “Tatung” Sarthou from conquering the local food scene. Just months after opening his successful BGC degustation restaurant, Lore, as well as operating several establishments around the metro (Pandan Asian Café and his private dining spot in Antipolo), the Simpol Chef will soon open a new restaurant concept in Quezon City.
As shared in a post in Chef Tatung’s FB account, the new restaurant is called Azadore, which is a play of the Spanish words asador and adore, to celebrate fire and the love of food.
Located on the corner Scout Fernandez and Scout Torillo, Chef Tatung next dining spot is a sight to behold with the help of interiors designer expert Ivy Almario. “To create this concept, we trasformed a mid-century post american era family home around the vicinity of Tomas Morato into a beautiful dining destination for the family. Interior designer extraordinaire @ivyalmarionieva has magically time-warped the place to give it a modern yet retro vibe.”
Azadore will open in a week and we can’t wait what Chef Tatung has in store! In the meantime, follow Azadore’s Facebook page and Instagram accounts for upcoming details.
