SISIG BALLS
Ingredients:
2 cups mashed potato
1 tablespoon milk
1/3 cup cooked sisig
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon Knorr Liquid Seasoning
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying
TAPA PASTA
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup tapa, cut into bits
250 grams cooked spaghetti noodles
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
Pepper to taste
1/4 tablespoon Knorr Liquid Seasoning
Chopped parsley
LIEMPO OPEN TACO
Ingredients:
Strips of leftover cooked liempo
1 tortilla wrap
1 tablespoon salsa
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon sour cream
1/2 tablespoon cilantro leaves
1/2 tablespoon Knorr Liquid Seasoning
1. In a bowl, mix together the mashed potato, egg, milk, sisig, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and Knorr Liquid Seasoning.
2. Form into balls. A small ice cream scooper or spoon may be used.
3. Dip the rolls into the beaten egg then into the breadcrumbs, coating all sides.
4. Heat oil in a pot and deep fry the balls until golden.
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and saute garlic and tapa until golden and fragrant.
2. Add the spaghetti noodles. Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Mix in cheese and onion powder.
4. Season with Knorr Liquid Seasoning and pepper. Top with chopped parsley.
1. Chop liempo into small bits.
2. Warm tortilla wrap in a pan over medium heat until golden brown. Place on a serving plate.
3. Assemble on toasted tortilla: liempo, salsa, chopped onion, sour cream, and cilantro.
4. Add Knorr Liquid Seasoning.
