Ingredients:
CHEESY TOMATO TUNA LUMPIA
3 cans tuna in oil
1 cup tomato sauce
1 pack Maggi Magic Sarap (8g)
1 1/2 cups grated cheese
1/2 pack lumpia wrappers
MUSHROOM PORK GRAVY LUMPIA
1/2 cup liempo bits
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup mushroom
1/2 cup liquid from mushroom in can
1/8 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch melted in 1 tablespoon hot water
1 pack Maggi Magic Pork (10g)
1/2 pack lumpia wrappers
STIR-FRY VEGGIE LUMPIA
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup ground chicken
1/4 cup sliced carrots
1/4 cup sliced bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced snake beans
1 sachet Maggi Oyster Sauce (30g)
1/2 pack Maggi Magic Sarap (4g)
1/2 pack lumpia wrappers
TANGY FRIED CHICKEN LUMPIA
3/4 cup chicken bits
1 pack Maggi Magic Sinigang (22g)
Cooking oil for frying
Kang kong stalks, sliced into bitesized pieces
Snake beans, sliced into bitesized pieces
1/2 pack lumpia wrappers
Procedure:
CHEESY TOMATO TUNA LUMPIA
1. Heat tuna and oil. Once hot, add the tomato sauce and saute.
2. Mix in the Maggi Magic Sarap.
3. Add grated cheese and mix until melted.
4. Spread mixture on lumpia wrappers. Fry until golden.
MUSHROOM PORK GRAVY LUMPIA
1. Render fat of pork liempo bits and fry until crisp. Saute garlic until golden.
2. Add mushroom and saute a bit more. Add the liquids.
3. Mix well and add Maggi Magic Pork.
4. Spread mixture on lumpia wrappers. Fry until golden.
STIR-FRY VEGGIE LUMPIA
1. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic. Add ground chicken and cook until brown.
2. Mix in the vegetables, Maggi Oyster Sauce, Maggi Magic Sarap, and continue to saute until cooked.
3. Spread mixture on lumpia wrappers. Fry until golden.
TANGY FRIED CHICKEN LUMPIA
1. Coat chicken bits in Maggi Magic Sinigang.
2. Saute the chicken in oil. Add the vegetables and shut until cooked.
3. Spread mixture on lumpia wrappers. Fry until golden.
