Makes 4 servings
Preparation and cooking time: 30 to 45 minutes
Ingredients:
CHEESE PIZZA:
12-inch store bought pizza crust
1/3 cup Leah’s Pantry Unang Gisa Original Saute
1/2 cup Mozarella Cheese, grated
CHILI SHRIMP PASTA:
100 grams spaghetti Pasta
100 grams shrimp
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons Leah’s Pantry Unang Gisa Hot Saute
CHICKEN BBQ:
100 grams chicken parts
2 teaspoons muscovado
1/3 cup Leah’s Pantry Unang Gisa Hot Saute
2 teaspoon Leah’s Pantry Unang Gisa Soy Saute
Procedure:
CHEESE PIZZA:
1. Spread the Unang Gisa Original Saute evenly on the dough.
2. Top off with the cheese.
3. Bake off! If using an oven, set at 400 F. If toaster oven, watch until cheese is bubbly and melted.
CHILI SHRIMP PASTA:
1. In a saute pan, stir fry shrimp in butter for 2 minutes.
2. Add Unang Gisa Hot Saute and mix well.
3. Toss the pasta in a pan and mix well with the sauce.
4. Serve hot!
CHICKEN BBQ:
1. Mix all the ingredients with chicken and marinade for 30 minutes to an hour.
2. Preheat grill for medium high heat.
3. Lightly oil the grill grate. Cook until the chicken is cooked through (no red juices).
