Makes 4 servings
Preparation and cooking time: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
7 pieces red hotdogs, sliced
1 ½ cup luncheon meat, diced
2 tablespoons cooking oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 red onion, minced
¼ kilo ground pork
¼ kilo ground beef
1 kilo Hunt’s Spaghetti Sauce Pinoy Party Style
2 cups banana catsup
1 can (85 grams) liver spread
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon pepper
½ tablespoon salt
1 pack spaghetti noodles (500 grams)
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
PROCEDURE:
- Slice hotdogs. Set aside.
- Dice luncheon meat. Set aside.
- Heat up cooking oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onions.
- Add ground pork and ground beef. Cook until lightly browned.
- Mix in luncheon meat and hotdogs. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add Hunt’s Spaghetti Sauce Pinoy Party Style and banana catsup. Mix and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- After, mix in liver spread, sugar, pepper and salt. Let simmer for 5 minutes more.
- Meanwhile, boil a large pot of salted water. Cook pasta according to package directions. After, drain and set aside.
- Note: If you want the spaghetti to be like Jollibee’s, cook it for an extra 2 minutes.
- Arrange cooked pasta in your serving dish, pour sauce on top and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
