An affordable and delicious tuna pasta!

Cook pasta as instructed in the packaging. When done remove the pot from heat and strain the noodles. Save a cup of pasta water.

In a pan over low heat saute garlic, red chillies, and chili flakes in cooking oil for 2-3 minutes until aromatic.

Pour in the hot and spicy tuna together with the brine.

Add the pasta water, oyster sauce, and soy sauce then boil for three minutes. Lower heat and simmer for another three minutes.

Toss the spaghetti and mix well to incorporate with the sauce. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese in the pasta. Finish by seasoning the pasta with salt and ground black pepper.

Transfer to a plate then garnish with more cheddar cheese, spring onions, and fried garlic. Serve immediately.
