In a seperate bowl, combine cornstarch, all-purpose flour, paprika, chicken powder, and garlic powder.
Combine the chicken proben with the flour mixture. Mix to coat the chicken proben.
Prepare a pan with cooking oil over medium-high heat. When the oil is ready fry the proben until crispy. When done remove from the oil and transfer to a rack.
Divide the proben into 3 portions then serve 1 portion with the spiced vinegar.

Add the egg yolk and curry leaves. Cook for 3 mins add 1 tbsp of water to loosen the sauce.
