3-ways Proben

A mouthwatering fried snack to serve on your next party!

Fried Proben
 1 kg chicken probencleaned well
 ½ tbsp salt
 1 tsp ground black pepper
 300 g cornstarch
 200 g all-purpose flour
 ½ tsp paprika
 ½ tsp chicken powder
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 cooking oilfor deep-frying
Salted Egg
 1 tbsp canola oil
 ½ tbsp minced garlic
 1 pc red chilisminced
 3 salted egg yolks
 4 curry leaves
 salt and pepper to taste
Spicy Korean
 2 tbsp gochujang
 1 tbsp gochujaru
 ½ tbsp soy sauce
 ½ tbsp minced garlic
 ½ tbsp minced ginger
 2 pcs red chilies
 ½ tbsp sesame oil
 ¼ cup water
 salt and pepper to taste
Spiced Vinegar
 1 cup cane vinegar
 3 pcs garlic cloves
 1 pc small cucumbersmall diced
 1 large red oniondiced
 2 pcs red chilies
 1 tsp white sugar
Fried Proben

In a seperate bowl, combine cornstarch, all-purpose flour, paprika, chicken powder, and garlic powder.

Combine the chicken proben with the flour mixture. Mix to coat the chicken proben.

Prepare a pan with cooking oil over medium-high heat. When the oil is ready fry the proben until crispy. When done remove from the oil and transfer to a rack.

Divide the proben into 3 portions then serve 1 portion with the spiced vinegar.

Salted Egg

In a pan, add the oil then saute the garlic and red chilis.

Add the egg yolk and curry leaves. Cook for 3 mins add 1 tbsp of water to loosen the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper then 1 portion of the crispy chicken proben. Mix to coat then serve.

Spicy Korean

Combine all the ingredients in a pan then cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add 1 portion of the crispy chicken proben. Mix to coat then serve.

Spiced Vinegar

Combine all the ingredients and set aside
