Indulge in the delectable fusion of Adobong Pusit infused with the sweetness of pineapple.

 1 garlic bulbsmashed
 1 red onionchopped
 2 red chilies optional
 ½ cup soy sauce
 ½ cup white vinegar
 1 cup pineapple juice
 2 bay leaf
 1 cup pineapple slices
 1 kg squidcut into rings
 salt and black pepperto season
 garlic confitgarnish
 spring oniongarnish

In a pan, saute the garlic, red onions and red chillies until fragrant.

Add the soy sauce, vinegar, pineapple juice and bay leaf. Boil for three minutes then simmer until liquid reduces in half.

Add the pineapple slices and Squid then cook for about 3 mins or until the squid is cooked

Transfer to a serving plate then garnish with fried garlic and spring onion.
