Go all-out with this delicious Knorr Meatball Spaghetti!

Pasta Sauce










Pork Meatballs
1

Combine all the meatball ingredients in a bowl. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

Form the meatball into a size of a ping pong ball. Do this until all the meatballs have been formed.

In a pan, heat the canola oil over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, sear the meatballs. Cook until all the sides have been browned. When all the pork meatball are cooked, set them aside.

Pasta Sauce

In the same pan, cook the hot dogs then set aside once done cooking.

Saute the red onion and garlic for two minutes in the same pan.

Pour in the tomato sauce and banana ketchup then stir. Simmer for 3 minutes.

Add in water, brown sugar, and pork cubes in the pot then let it boil for three minutes. Lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

After simmering, add the grated cheddar cheese and mix until the cheese has melted.

Place the fried meatballs and hotdog in the sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Assembly

Place the cooked spaghetti in a serving platter then top it generously with the pasta sauce. Grate cheddar cheese on top of the spaghetti and garnish with chopped parsley.
