A delectable Seafood and Bacon Alfredo!

Prepare a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry the bacon until cooked but not crisp. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Using the same pan with the rendered bacon fat and butter, cook the garlic until fragrant. Add in the shrimp and sauté, for about 2-3 minutes.

Once shrimps are cooked add the tuna together with the brine and mix. Let it simmer for at least two minutes to let the flavors meld together.

Add four cups of heavy cream and quick melted cheese. Let the cheese melt, making the sauce thicker, for about 3-4 minutes. Season with oregano, salt, and black pepper.

When the cheese has melted add the cooked bacon then mix in the cooked pasta. Mix everything together.

Transfer the cooked pasta into an oven-safe container. Top everything with the remaining cup of heavy cream and grated mozzarella. Bake in a preheated 176°C oven for about 30 minutes. or until the cheese has fully melted. When done, remove from the oven.
