A flavorful baked tilapia fillet with a refreshing cilantro sauce!

In a mixing bowl combine the canola oil, lemon seasoning, cayenne pepper powder, Spanish paprika, garlic powder, and calamansi juice.

Rub mixture all over the tilapia fillets

Transfer the fillets to a parchment-lined sheet tray.

Bake at a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 10-12 minutes.

Blend all the ingredients for the cilantro crema. Set it aside.

Prepare the garnish. In a bowl add the cilantro leaves and red onions then drizzle in some olive oil, calamansi juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss and set aside.

When the fish is done remove it from the oven and transfer it to a serving plate. Drizzle the cilantro crema on the side and top with the garnish. Serve immediately.
