A moist and luscious cake made with Butterfly Pea Tea!
Steep the Butterfly pea tea for 5 minutes.
Combine sugar and unsalted butter.
Mix until light and fluffy.
And vanilla extract and eggs one at a time.
Mix until well combined.
Add the fresh milk
Pour the ½ cup of butterfly pea tea.
Mix until well combined.
Sift the dry ingredients using a sifter.
Mix until well combined.
Fill a loaf pan lined with butter with the loaf mixture.
Bake at 350F/180C for 45 minutes
In the cooling rack, let the loaf cool for 10 minutes.
Combine the powdered sugar and water.
Mix until well combined.
After the loaf has cooled, pour the glaze over it.
Slice and serve.
