Calamansi Vinaigrette

 ¼ cup calamansi juice
 ¾ cup olive oil or canola oil
 2 tbsp white vinegar
 2 tbsp honey
 1 tbsp sugar
 2 tbsp fish sauce
 1 tsp grated garlic
 saltto season
 ground black pepperto season
