A delectable and refreshing ice cream made with Chico!

Slice the chico into cubes.

Place the chopped chico in the blender along with some water. Pulse to combine.

In a large clean bowl combine the condensed milk , whipping cream, vanilla extract and salt. Whip until soft peaks.

Incorporate the chopped kasuy nuts and chico mixture. Mix thoroughly by folding.

Freeze it for three hours or overnight.
