Glaze

Sift all-purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Mix Nestlé All Purpose Cream, water, egg, oil, and vanilla extract. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Whisk until smooth.

Grease a loaf pan and pour batter 3/4 of the way. Steam for 20 to 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean after inserting in the middle of the loaf. Remove from the loaf pan and set aside to cool completely in a rack.

Melt butter in a pan. Add all-purpose flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add sugar and continue to cook for 10 minutes or until flour is cooked. Add food coloring one drop at a time and mix well. Add until the desired color is achieved.

Mix powdered sugar and evaporated milk to make the glaze. Spoon the glaze on the cake and coat with the orange flour mixture. Set aside for 15 minutes before slicing.

Alternately, the steamed cake may be crumbled, form into small balls, coat with the glaze and coating, and served in bite-size pieces.
