Succulent deep fried crab balls with spicy chili garlic sauce.

Heat oil on medium heat.

Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl.

Mix and let the chili oil cool

Place the crab meat in a bowl then drizzle in calamansi juice, soy sauce, and oil. Add the salt, pepper, msg, garlic paste, red onions, coriander leaves, and cornstarch Mix until homogeneous, then set aside for 10 minutes

With well-oiled hands, grab some of the crab mixture and roll into a ball. Cover with flour, then into beaten eggs, then the bread-Panko mixture

Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with Chili Garlic Oil.
