Easy and fun to make delicious donuts for your parties or outing!
In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar and egg.
Whisk in the flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in the melted butter, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Transfer to a piping bag then drop about 1 tablespoon scoops of dough into the oil, careful not to overcrowd the pan.
Fry the doughnut holes, flipping them in the oil, for about 2 minutes or until they're golden brown.
Using a slotted spoon, transfer the doughnut holes to the paper towel-lined baking sheet. Allow the doughnut holes to cool slightly.
In a medium-heat saucepan, simmer the whipping cream or all-purpose cream.
Pour into the dark chocolate chips, and stir until well combined.
Put the donuts in the jar pour some of the chocolate ganache and serve.
