Sun's out? buns out with our easy chori burger patties! This simple yet flavorful burger brings a taste of the Philippines to your table in every bite.

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the cooking oil. Once well combined, cover with a plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.

Form thick patties as big as your palm. Place patties on a plate.

Heat about a tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan over medium. Place the patties on the pan and cook each side for about 3 minutes each or until brown. Transfer patties on a plate lined with kitchen towel.
Serve over rice and egg, on a burger bun, or eat on its own.
