In a pan, saute the onions and garlic. Set aside and let it cool.

In a bowl combine the eggs, evaporated milk and bread crumbs. Mix well

In a separate bowl, combine the ground pork, carrots, red bell pepper, pickle relish, raisins, milk mixture, cooked onions and garlic. Mix well to incorporate everything

Season with salt and pepper. Fry about a table spoon of the embutido mixture to see if it’s seasoned well. Adjust if needed.

Prepare a square 4x4 alumnium foil then brush with oil. placed about ½ cup-3-4 cup of the embutido mixture then flatten it.

Add the hotdog, cheese and hard boiled egg. Roll the aluminum foil and seal it.

Steam for 1 hour until the embutido is cooked

You can fry this before serving or serve as is.
