
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well. Form into patties and cool or freeze until form can be handled with hands.

Slice slits in the middle of the pork chop.

Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder and set aside.

Place a patty of frozen/cold embutido. Secure opening with toothpicks.

Bread and fry just until golden.

In a preheated oven at 175 degrees C, bake the pork chops for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let the pork chops rest for 15 minutes.

Add cream and cream cheese in a pan and mix until saucy. Add parsley. You may add bay leaves, white pepper, and nutmeg to taste.

Serve the sauce with the pork chops topped with fried longganisa.
