A flavored take on the classic Fa Gao!
Combine hot water and granulated sugar. Mix until the granulated sugar dissolves.
In a bowl combine the rice flour, cake four, and baking powder,
Add the water and sugar mixture, and mix until well combined.
In a small bowl, divide the batter into three equal portions.
For each batter, add the Ube flavoring, pandan flavoring, and cheddar cheese cubes Mix until well combined.
Prepare your cupcake molds by lining them with cupcake liners and pouring the batter into them almost to the top.
Add the golden raisins on top. (optional)
Place the Fa Gao into your boiling steamer and cover. Let it steam for 20 to 25 minutes
