Appetizing Fried Chicken buns witha sweet and spicy sauce!
In a bowl, combine the chicken thigh fillet, paprika, garlic powder and potato starch. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry the chicken until golden brown.
In a pot, combine the hot sauce, brown sugar, siling labuyo, garlic powder, soy sauce, water and vegetable oil. Boil for 10 mins then simmer until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper then finish with butter. Stir constantly until the butter melts.
Coat the fried chicken with the sweet and spicy sauce.
Fry or steam the Mantou buns. Sliced in the middle then place the sliced cucumber, fried chicken and sesame seed in the Mantou. Serve
