Rich and chewy bars with sweet dried fruits.
In a mixing bowl combine the wet ingredients: unsalted butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and eggs. Whisk until everthing is well combined.
Add the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Use a spatula to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Fold in the chopped cashew nuts, dried mango, dried langka, dried strawberry, and raisins.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan with parchment paper. Flatten the batter using an offset spatula.
Bake in a preheated 180C°/350°F oven for 30 minutes. When done remove from the oven and let it cool.
Cut into squares before serving.
