 ½ cup dulongmashed
 1 cup Alamangtiny shrimps
 1 ½ cups gabigrated extremely fine
 ¾ cup cornstarch
 ¾ cup water
 3 tbsp flat-leaf parsleychopped
 3 tbsp green onionssliced
 salt and ground black pepperto taste
 oilfor frying

In a bowl, combine dulong, shrimp, grated gabi, cornstarch, parsley, green onions, and water until well combined. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper. Mix everything into a smooth batter.

Ladle a spoon of the mixture into a thin layer onto a shallow pan with oil and shallow fry until crispy and golden on both sides.
