Gingerbread Cookies

A classic Christmas cookie!

 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
 1 tsp baking soda
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tbsp ground ginger
 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 ½ tsp all spice
 ½ tsp ground cloves
 10 tbsp unsalted buttersoftened to room temperature
  cup dark molasses
 1 large eggroom temperature
 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Icing
 powdered sugar
 2 tsp water
 4 packs M&M

In a large bowl cream the butter and brown sugar, mix until light and fluffy

Add eggs, vanilla extract and mix until well combined.

Add all purpose flour, salt, baking powder, ground ginger, cinnamon, ground all spice mix until well combined.

Add dark molasses. Mix until well and rest for over night.

Get the dough, and flatten for 2 inch. And cut using cookie cutter.

Place the cookie in tray with parchment paper and bake it for 12 min. For 180c/350f

While baking lets make the sugar coating. In a small bowl combine water and powdered sugar.

Decorate and add m&ms.
