In pot, heat up the oil. Season the ham with salt and pepper then sear. Add in and saute red onion, garlic, green chilies and ginger for two minutes until fragrant.
Add in the crab fat and cook for another two minutes.
Deglaze the pan with vinegar and simmer for two minutes before stirring. Stir in the cheese sauce the simmer for a minutes before adding in the macaroni and mozzarella cheese.
Transfer to a serving plate then add more mozarella on top. Broil the top to melt the cheese. Serve warm.
