A quick and flavorful soup made with leftover ham!

 1 ½ cups leftover ham
 2 tbsp ham sauce
 3 stalks onion leeks
 1 red onionchopped
 1 garlic bulbchopped
 2 bay leaves
 1 pork cube
 4 cups water
 salt and pepper to season
Assembly
 2 cups egg noodles
 hard boiled eggs
 bokchoy
Garnish
 chopped spring onion
 fried garlic
 chicharon
 sesame oil

In a pot combine, all the soup ingredients. Boil for 10 mins then simmer for 20 mins.

Blanched the egg noodles and bokchoy in the soup until it’s cooked. Transfer to a bowl

Ladle a generous amount of soup in the bowl then top with the ham.

Garnish with hard boiled egg, fried garlic, spring onion and chicharon. Drizzled with a bit of sesame oil.
