A comforting soup that will help you recover from a hangover!

In a large pot, on low heat render bacon until crispy. Set aside the bacon and in the same pot fry the luncheon meat. Set aside the luncheon meat.

In the same pot, sauté the garlic, red onions, carrots and celery until fragrant. Add the chicken cube and water.

Boil for 5 mins then add the macaroni in the pot. Stir then let it simmer for 7-10 mins. Add water if the macaroni is absorbing too much liquid.

Add the evaporated milk simmer for another 10 mins.

Add the cabbage, bacon and luncheon meat in the pot.

Season with Spanish paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir to incorporate all the flavors then transfer to a serving bowl and serve!

Top with egg, chicharon and chopped spring onion then serve.
