Magically Delicious Butterbeer Cookies!
In a large bowl. Using a hand mixer cream together butter, light brown sugar, and granulated. Mix until light and fluffy.
Add the egg, vanilla extract, and beer. Mix until well combined.
Add the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt using a sifter.
Fold in the white chocolate chips and butterscotch bars.
Scoop the cookie dough with the ice cream scooper put it on the baking sheet with parchment paper and bake it for 12 minutes at 350F/180C.
Let it cool before serving.
