BBQ glaze

In a bowl, combine all the meatloaf ingredients. Mix it for three minutes to completely incorporate all the ingredients. Set aside.

Slice the breast in the middle. Fold out the chicken and using the back of your knife lightly pound the chicken to flatten it. Season with salt and pepper then set aside.

Lightly oil a loaf pan. Arrange the bacon slice in the loaf pan. Make sure the length of the bacon exceeds the loaf pan.

Fill the loaf pan with a layer of meatball, chicken breast, ham slices, and keso de bola. Repeat this layering process until you fill the loaf pan.

Use the excess bacon to cover the top of the loaf pan.

Cover in foil then bake in a pre-heated at 350°F for 1 hour.

Remove from the oven then transfer to a baking pan. Brush with the BBQ glaze then broil for 10 mins or until the meatloaf browns.

Let it rest for 5 mins before slicing. Serve with BBQ glaze

BBQ Sauce

Combine all the ingredients and boil for 3 minutes. Simmer for another 5 minutes or until the you have a thick sauce consistency. Serve with the meatloaf.
