Mash the boiled kamote and kalabasa.

Place kamote-kalabasa mixture, cheese, leeks, and egg in a food processor (or blender) until combined.

Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and floor. Blend for a few seconds.

Mix in the milk and butter.

Line a baking dish with baking paper and pour the mixture. Bake in a preheated 220°C oven for half an hour or until the cake bread has risen and the middle comes out clean when pricked with a toothpick or fork.
