Transform your kitchen into a Korean barbecue haven with homemade beef bulgogi—a symphony of thinly sliced beef marinated in a savory-sweet blend, creating an irresistible explosion of flavors.

 1 Korean pear or 2 kiwidiced
 1 white oniondiced
 8 cloves garlic
 1 tsp peeled ginger
 1 kilo beef slices
 1 tbsp sesame oil
 1 cup soy sauce
 2 tbsp honey
 ¼ cup sliced carrots
 ¼ cup sliced spring onion
 1 tsp ground black pepper
 sliced leeksfor topping
 chopped chiliesfor topping
 sesame seedsfor topping

Place pear or kiwi, white onion, garlic, and ginger in a blender and puree until smooth.

Place beef slices on a container and pour sesame oil, soy sauce, and honey. Mix in the prepared fruit sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Add carrots and spring onions the mix everything together. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
