In sauce pan over medium heat combine, water, drained lychee, agar-agar and sugar.
Mix until the sugar dissolved, and pour the mixture into a container and chill in the fridge until set
Once set cut the lychee jelly into cubes and set aside.
To assemble the drink, in a glass combine. ⅓ cup of lychee juice, add spirinkled water, 3 pcs of lychee. Add ice and top the mint leaves .
