 2 cups water
 ¼ cup soy sauce
  cup brown sugar
 1 tbsp cornstarch
 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
 1 red onionchopped
 3 garlic cloveschopped
 2 vegetable oil
 saltto season
 pepperto season

In a bowl, combine the water, soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, all purpose flour. Mix until the cornstarch and flour has dissolved.

Saute the garlic and red onion until fragrant.

Gradually add the sauce mixture and stir.

Boil for 5 mins then simmer until the sauce has thicken.
