Merry Coffee Jelly

Make your celebration merry with this creamy coffee jelly!

Coffee Jelly
 2 cups water
 2 tsp coffee powder
 3 tbsp granulated sugar
 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
Coffee Cream
 2 (370 ml) can Alaska Crema Asada
 2 tsp coffee powder
Toppings
 Alaska Crema Whipped Cream
 shaved dark chocolatefor garnish

Combine water, coffee powder, and sugar in a saucepot over medium-low heat. Add unflavored gelatin powder, and stir until dissolved. When done remove from the heat.

Transfer to a rectangular mold and refrigerate until it has fully set.

Once set, slice the coffee jelly into 1 ½ inch cubes. Set aside until ready to assemble.

Combine Alaska Crema Asada, and coffee powder then mix well with a whisk until everything is well combined.

Add the coffee jelly, mix and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.

Transfer the coffee jelly to the serving glasses

Top with a dollop of Alaska Crema Whipped Cream and garnish with shaved dark chocolate before serving.
